Vignesh Rapaka is a Strategy & Design Lead based in Hyderabad, India. He currently leads business development, strategy, and operations at 66pixels, a studio he co-founded to build branding, digital products, and AI initiatives.
Currently pursuing a BBA in Digital Technologies at Mahindra University, Vignesh is deeply interested in how organizations are built, how they grow, and how thoughtful decisions in design and technology can create lasting value for the people they serve.
KEY ROLES & ACHIEVEMENTS
Having founded 66pixels at just 17, Vignesh operates with the strategic insight of a seasoned veteran. Now 18, he partners with clients across complex commercial strategy, project delivery, and hands-on business growth, proving that age is no barrier to engineering lasting, undeniable value.
His experience spans corporate scale, having served at Aurigene Pharmaceutical Services (Dr. Reddy's). There, he developed and deployed an AI-powered business development platform, demonstrating how technology improves decision making in large organizations.
Vignesh's contributions to product design have received prestigious recognition. He emerged as the Winner of Design Championship 2019 (App Design Category), India's largest online international design competition. Competing on a global platform that engages over 100,000 participants from India and the Middle East, Vignesh's work was validated by a jury of eminent industry experts, cementing his reputation for solving real-world problems through exceptional creativity and technical prowess.
